The Seoul Design Foundation invited the heads of design associations and organized a conference to discuss projects on March 29, 2022.

The Seoul Design Foundation led by President Rhee Kyung-Don established a partnership with representative design associations in Korea to turn DDP into a digital design platform.The foundation invited the heads of design groups, including the Korean Federation of Design Association and Space Design Alliance of Korea, and organized the 2022 Project Conference on Tuesday, March 29 at DDP.

At the 2022 Project Conference organized by the Seoul Design Foundation, President Rhee Kyung-Don explained its projects to the heads of domestic design groups.

At the conference on March 29, the president of Seoul Design Foundation, Rhee Kyung-Don, gave a presentation on the organization’s four major projects providing Seoul citizens with new design experiences by combining digital technology & design, and promised to create the future of design contents for DDP together with the heads of domestic design groups.

The Seoul Design Foundation presented its four major projects for the 2022 Digital Design Platform – a project to turn existing designs into virtual design assets, a project to organize the 2022 Seoul Design a project to organize the Global Design Awards, and a project to build a design magazine library.

President Lee Gyeong-don from the Seoul Design Foundation, said, “For the Seoul Design Foundation to become the pivotal center of Seoul as a sprawling city of beauty and culture full of digital vibes, it will need foremost cooperation and coexistence with design groups,” adding that “Together with them, the Seoul Design Foundation will make DDP a place for citizens to interact with the design field 24/7 beyond the dimensions of time and space by successfully launching its projects designed to integrate art and technology with design at the center.
